margin:0px 0px 0px 0px; font-size:18px;">July 17, 08 - Launch of Micro-Web-App
I was looking around for a free online tool to extract email addresses from a monster email I had received. All that I could find on the search engines were applications I had to download and install - or worse, pay for. Incredulous, I talked it over with my code warrior, and less than 24 hours later we had the domain(s) and the micro-web-application up and extracting!

The next day I put Google Analytics on the site, together with some articles on Digg and elsewhere:

“Email-Extract.com is a FREE online tool for extracting a list of email addresses from any text source. This is a must-use web mini-app for anyone working with email addresses. Simply copy the text that you want to extract from, paste it into email-extract.com, and click extract. Bingo! You have a list of email addresses. Great for gleaning email addresses from websites, emails or any other text source. Email-Extract.com WILL save you a LOT of time.”

You can then copy and paste the email address list into whatever you want - import it into your email program, or database, or whatever. Saves you hours of cleaning up text to extract email address information!

We intend to provide additional features to Email-Extract.com in the future, including the ability to insert your extracted email address list directly into your account at another of our mini-web-apps: http://Email-Geni.us.
